European Security Academy is the biggest training centre in Europe which offers professional courses dedicated to broadly defined security sector. The Academy is recognised mainly outside the country, whereas in Poland is known thanks to TV series broadcast on Discovery Channel: “Secret Bodyguards” and “Elite Bodyguards”.

The origin of European Security Academy reaches the year of 1982. Its founder is Dr Andrzej Bryl, an expert in the field of private security, author of BAS combat system and the eastern combat master. At the end of 70s, Dr Andrzej Bryl developed a tactical fighting system of close combat BAS. After presentation in the Academy of General Staff of Polish Armed Force the system has been considered effective and designed to implement exclusively in special army unit and policy during the war.
