Safety culture
Our company's primary objective is to create a safe and friendly work environment. The desire to engage all employees and suppliers is linked to constant increase of safety work in our company, and it evolves into practical actions:
- ongoing monitoring of frequency index for work-related accidents,
- thorough analysis of the accidents causes and ways to prevent them,
- training on safety rules at work,
- creating, updating and promoting the knowledge of sheets of work-related risks assessment,
- communication within the company about work safety regulations and sharing good practice with others,
- internal audits concerning existing work safety regulations and principles.
