Comprehensive real estate management - an estate of apartments in Legnica

As part of an expansion of the spectrum of solutions we offer our clients in maintenance of their real estate, we began in mid-November 2010 to provide comprehensive management services for a modern housing development in Legnica.
The estate is made up of 20 luxuriously finished apartments, a part of which the developer has set aside for rental. Included in the services we provide are preparation of the apartments to receive guests, laundry services, catering, conservation services and comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness both in the apartments themselves and on the almost two hectares of grounds surrounding them.
